Ms. Fredrica Windless is a highly motivated state-registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience working in the NHS and the private sector. She graduated as a Dietitian from the University of North London, UK, in 1998. After graduating, she started working at The Whittington Hospital, specialising in Nutrition Support and Tube Feeding.

She worked with adults at Parkside for one year, specialising in gastroenterology, nutrition support, weight management, and tube feeding. She then moved on to work for Westminster Primary Care Trust, and her responsibilities included setting up the childhood obesity and the Paediatric Tube Feeding services.

Within her last role in Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, she worked as the clinical and operational lead for the home enteral tube feed adult service and had the opportunity to gain work-based competencies with changing balloon retained gastrostomies and troubleshooting to avoid unnecessary ER visits for the patients.

She has been working as a registered dietitian at The Hospital of St John’s and Elizabeth, London, the United Kingdom, since 2015.
