Dr. Arambage graduated from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka in 2002. He completed his postgraduate medical training in London and Eastern regions, then got his MSc in Advanced Gynecological Endoscopy, at the University of Surrey, UK. He then completed the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists specialist training in Advanced Laparoscopic / Hysteroscopic Surgery at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University. He is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Oxford, and a Consultant Gynecologist at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University. He also has his private clinics in Oxford. He is a co-author of the latest Cochrane review of the surgical treatment of endometriosis. He has also co-authored European guidelines regarding hysteroscopy and the RCOG consent guidelines for laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Arambage works at the British Society for Gynecological Endoscopy (BSGE)-accredited Endometriosis Care and Research Center where he contributes to providing excellent care to those suffering from endometriosis and other gynecological conditions.
