Dr. Sebastian Hendricks is a Senior Consultant specializing in Audiovestibular Medicine & Pediatrics, with over 25 years of clinical experience in the UK National Health Service and the German Healthcare system. Throughout his career, Dr. Hendricks has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in patient care and service delivery, working across various levels of care from primary to quaternary. He has a proven track record of driving transformations that improve patient outcomes and enhance service provision.

In his current role as Consultant Audiovestibular Physician at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, Dr. Hendricks manages complex audiological cases of multimorbid children, including those with cystic fibrosis. He also holds leadership positions within the medical community, serving as a board member at the Italian Hospital - Sight and Sound Centre and chairing the General Medical Staff Committee. Additionally, he is actively involved in mentoring programs and serves as a Leadership Mentor for the MILE Program and Trust Leadership Mentor.

Prior to his current position, Dr. Hendricks served as Consultant & Clinical Lead for Paediatric Audiology & Audiological Medicine at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust for over 15 years.

Dr. Hendricks has also held roles in academia and professional organizations, serving as Medical Director for Audiology at Thomson Screening and holding positions in organizations such as the International Association of Physicians in Audiology and the British Society of Audiology.
